The British Standard for vehicle body repair. Covers equipment, technician training and repair processes, and is independently audited — most insurers treat it as the baseline for structural work.
What we ask for before showing it
A shop claiming BS10125 has to upload the certificate before the badge appears on its profile. We check it, and only then does it go up — no document, no badge. We re-check it every year.
Where it sits
Repair standards — the audited schemes that say a workshop’s equipment, training and methods have been assessed against a written specification.
