What we ask for before showing it
A shop claiming SMART Repair Certified has to upload the certificate before the badge appears on its profile. We check it, and only then does it go up — no document, no badge. We re-check it every year.
Where it sits
Specialist skills — held by individual technicians rather than the building, which is why we count certificates rather than take a shop’s word for the number.
