Certified in structural welding to manufacturer specification. Structural welds hold the car together in a crash, so the technique and equipment both matter.
What we ask for before showing it
A shop claiming Steel Structural (MIG/Spot) Certified has to upload the certificate before the badge appears on its profile. We check it, and only then does it go up — no document, no badge. We re-check it every year.
This one is tiered. Rather than taking a shop’s word for how many of its people are qualified, we count verified certificates for individual technicians: one is Bronze, two or three is Silver, four or more is Gold. A shop with a properly trained team stops looking the same as one with a single certificate in a drawer.
Where it sits
Specialist skills — held by individual technicians rather than the building, which is why we count certificates rather than take a shop’s word for the number.
Bodyshops with Steel Structural (MIG/Spot) Certified
None listed with us yet — the directory is new and we’re signing our first shops now. If you run a bodyshop that holds it, get listed and it’ll show here once we’ve checked your certificate.
